Returns and Exchanges
At Vincent Diesel, we seek the complete satisfaction of our customers. We accept returns of orders in new and un-used condition when accompanied by an original Vincent Diesel consignment packing slip up to the end of 14 calendar days of receiving the product. Such returns may be for an alternative size or color. This policy is also applicable for orders received with faults.
To begin the return or exchange process you will need your order number. With this, please email us on
email@example.com so we may help you with the correct return/exchange form for your order. Please complete and send this form with your returning parcel – we may not be able to process the return without it!
Returns and Exchange Processing
Returned items are processed within 7 working days of arrival at our returns facility. The credit, if applicable (in the event of a refund), thereof will be returned by the same form and account of the original payment. You will receive an email confirming the completion of your return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account via the original method of payment, within 5 working days. In the event of a replacement, an email will be sent with an update on the replacement package.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please check the same account from which the original payment is made. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to fully process and appear in your billing statement. Three days are needed to ensure the payment isn't dishonoured by the bank and another two days for the refund to be processed and show in your account billing statement.
If the refund still has not been received, contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

All returned orders are the customer’s liability until the consignment reaches our returns department. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable, thus we advise usage of the default shipping company in your region (USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK (Second Class Signed for Large Letter). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
