 Shipping & Receipt

Has my order shipped?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive dispatch information via email. This includes when you can expect to get your item as well as tracking instructions.

If your order has not arrived after the predicted delivery time has passed, please contact us through email so we may give you an update with your delivery.

Do you ship to my country?

You can find a list of countries we ship to here . Please see the shipping guidelines for advice on how to correctly address your parcel – this will avoid any delays in delivery of your parcel.

Where's my order, expected delivery time has passed?

If the predicted delivery time has passed, please track your parcel using the tracking number provided for further information. If you were out when the courier called, visit your local mailing office with an appropriate form of ID as well as your tracking number – if the package is being held, you will be able to collect it there.

For express orders, please contact the express courier with your tracking number at hand for collection details. For further advice, don’t hesitate to contact us on sales@vincentdiesel.com

Do you offer free shipping?

At Vincent Diesel, we are proud to offer free standard shipping on every order. Standard shipping understandably takes longer than express shipping – so if you would like your order before a specific date, we advise considering our express services.

Do you offer express shipping?

We offer an express service at a cost of £10. For such orders we use express shipping couriers as well as prioritising the handling of the consignment– this ensures your order reaches you as fast as possible.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Vincent Diesel cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country. Please check your countries import policies at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. Most orders are exempt from customs charges.

How do I place an order?

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier!

1. Browse our product catalogue here

2. Once you have chosen the products you wish to purchase, add these to your cart using the add to cart button

3. Click the cart icon to proceed to checkout. Enter your billing and delivery details; choose your delivery method and then select your method of payment, enter the details then click on ‘Next’ to pay.

4. That’s it – you’re done! We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order and another one when your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, including your tracking details.

Is my payment information secure?
